Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a trial?
Yes. We offer an unrestricted 7 day free trial. You will have access to everything the academy has to offer including all the plans, exercise library and the community. 

Once you become a member I would recommend submitting some videos for technical analysis to make sure you can get the most out of your trial.
Once I become a member where should I start?
As soon as you become a member the firs thing you want to do is request access to the  private members only Facebook group and ask a burning question... can be lifting based, technical analysis, anything really. 

Once you're into the community you will want to choose your first plan to follow. If you're not sure we recommend the Strength Series.
How often do you release new content?
Weekly! But don't worry... you don't have to follow along with everything as soon it's released. Everything is archived so you can go through it as gaps in your training come up. 
What if I want to cancel? Am I locked into a contract?
As a member, you can cancel at any time. While we hope you stay forever, we despise contracts and would never impose them on our members.
How long does it take to complete a plan?
All our plans vary depending on the specific outcome. The core plans that are focused on a specific movement are all 40 days long. 

We also have 6 week plans for overall strength gains or the weekly workout if you are just looking for ongoing programming.
